Our Rental Process From Beginning To End
Contact Us
Feel free to contact us via your preferred method… email, via our website, text or just a simple phone call. Let us know your preferred pickup and return dates. We will work to accommodate your request. Once agreed upon we will provide you with a pre-rental checklist of required items.
Paperwork And Documentation
Prior to pickup we will require an executed copy of our rental agreement. This can be 1.) Sent and returned electronically, 2.) We can send a copy for execution to be delivered at pickup or 3.) We can bring a hard copy to the Pickup Point. Additionally if you can provide a copy of your valid drivers license, proof of residency and current proof of insurance for the towing vehicle ahead of time, this will speed up the pickup process. Under no circumstance can we release any equipment to you without an executed contract and the documents described above.

On The Day Of Pickup
A representative of HTR will meet you at our convenient Pick Up Point located at 8800 McCann. There we will verify paperwork, collect copies of the renters drivers license, proof of residency and proof of insurance as well as collect payment. Our representative will help you to hook up the trailer to your vehicle. We will conduct a brief pre-rental inspection of the trailer with you verifying that the linkup is secure, all lights work and brakes are functioning. and send you on your way.

Inspect Equipment
On The Day Of Return
Our representative will meet you at the convenient Return Point located at 8800 McCann. There he will assist you in unhooking the trailer. He will conduct a brief post-rental inspection to verify the trailer is returned in the same condition it went out in. Shortly after the equipment is returned we will email you a receipt with the final charge amount and your refund or adjustment to the Equipment Deposit
